The competition named “Biodiversity. We are all part of it” was organized by the EC Representation in Bulgaria in relation to the International year of Biodiversity – 2010, and as a part of the European information campaign for the problems related to the protection of biodiversity, climate and environment.

In the competition took part 115 photographers with 305 photos. The jury with chairman Mrs. Zinaida Zlatanova - Head of the EC Representation in Bulgaria, had 7 members who are specialists in photography, art and biodiversity. The 3 winners were granted during the opening of the exhibition with the best photos in ‘Academy’ Gallery of the Nationalal Academy of Art. The exhibition will be presented also in 14 other towns in Bulgaria.
